Latin America and Caribbean Week: a lasting initiative

Created in 2011, at the initiative of the French Senate, the “Latin America and Caribbean Day” became a « Week » in 2014, the “SALC”, organized and coordinated by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs.
Over the years, the SALC focused, in turn, on education, culture, festive events… but it has always been a not-to-be-missed occasion, in France as well as in Latin American and Caribbean countries.
